In The U.S.A.
Designed to perform in the most critical situations of stage and studio Several important and unique features result in excellent string definition, attack, comfort, clean notes and most important, artistic expression Highly responsive to pick attack - You can get the notes to "pop" with a sparkling high end Patented bolt-on neck joint reduces the heel size for increased upper fret access. The neck is compressed to increase transfer of sound and feel. The neck is "locked" in place so it won't shift. Compressed, bolt-on design is the best wood-to-wood contact and results in a very lively, very active feeling instrument and gives you the benefit of a lively maple neck that can be coupled with several body woods and styles to achieve a desired tone. Conical radius fingerboard reduces hand tension and allows for a lower, cleaner action. Neck has a special oil treatment that won't slow you down under heat or friction. | The
look and feel of a set-neck guitar is undeniable. Over the years we have
made a lot of set-neck guitars for other companies, well known for their quality of guitars. We spent a lot of time evaluating these guitars before we developed our set-neck designs. We found that a mahogany neck of a small heel set-neck design is not very rigid. There is a long distance of fairly thin mahogany from heel to headstock which can easily be bent. If you set the guitar down with the neck in open air, even gravity will bend the notes noticeably sharp. As you would expect, the guitars had thickness but the mids and highs dropped off and didn't compare with our High Performance guitars. Also, the neck did not feel as solid, and the mahogany seemed to be "soaking" up the feel of the notes. We experimented with maple necks and the feel and sound returned. However, the look suffered. The solution was simple. We replace the heart of the mahogany neck with quartersawn maple. The visible skin of the neck is mahogany, while the great majority of the neck is maple. This extends from the tip of the heel to the tip of the headstock, under the faceplate. Further, we also employ the use of linear carbon fiber. The neck is stronger and resonates better. The mids, highs, string definition and attack are now prevalent and the neck feels alive and responsive. |

The Performer Series are for unbound Set-Neck fanatics who want a great USA guitar, at an affordable price. These set-necks offer just that. The necks are unbound and less exotic finishes reduce the cost. But, the same craftsmanship is applied. The results are instruments that may not look as fancy, but are every bit the guitar to your hands and ears. After all, who needs a fancy finish under a sticker. Customize Yours Click for Models |

| The
heart of these guitars is as good as anything we make. Mahogany bodies.
Soild, hard maple necks. Good hardware, pickups, and Sperzel tuners. There is no compromise in the quality of craftsmanship, or how they play and feel. So, why is the price so low and what don't I get? First, the finishes of these guitars are far less costly to apply. All the necks feature a hand rubbed urethane finish as do some of the bodies. Not fancy, but effective. The bodies are simplified without fancy carves and the fingerboard is unbound. Also, the options are limited. The hardshell case is a good, just not quite as nice as our expensive guitars. There are a lot of players who aren't interesting in carvings, fancy tops, and finishes that get covered with stickers. They want a solid, great guitar, that can take their abuse. These are for you. Performer Series Set-Neck Guitars $899 Hardshell Case Included |
